Urban Search & Rescue Training Sept 29, '13

PALADIN TRAINING CENTER, CARMEL, NY - N.Y. PALADIN TRAINING CENTER, CARMEL, NY - N.T. Guard Spec. Sean Walsh leads Capt. Bohdan Ozaruk, 56th Brigade S-3 training and operations officer, and Major Michael Levinson, commander 156th Emergency Response Battalion, to the starting point of the collapsed building exercise during urban search and rescue training on Sept. 29th. Walsh is certified with the NY Guard as a medic, in search and rescue operations, and as a member of the CERF team he is certified by the US Army as a WMD decontamination specialist.
